Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed October 26, 2026
Mitten Technology LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance from the U.S. Department of Justice and by most accessibility laws.
What we've done
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks, and a "Skip to content" link
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator
- Text and form controls meet WCAG AA color contrast requirements
- Every form field has a visible label, and errors are described in text and announced to screen readers, not shown by color alone
- Pages reflow for small screens and zoom up to 400% without horizontal scrolling
- Animations are turned off for people who set their device to reduce motion
- Content stays readable if JavaScript doesn't load, and the site supports Windows high contrast mode
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
Known limitations
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA is a third-party service we don't control. It offers an audio challenge, but some people may still find it hard to use. If it gets in your way, please email us directly at rneuwirth@mittentechnologyllc.com and we'll respond the same way we would to the form.
Feedback and help
If you run into a barrier on this site, or need information in a different format, please let us know. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if you're comfortable sharing it.
We aim to respond within two business days, and we'll work with you to get you what you need.
